Role Overview

As a UX Designer at Delfina Care, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across mobile applications, web platforms, and digital products. You will transform complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance usability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
• Develop multiple design variations to identify optimal user journeys
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences

Design Systems & Consistency

• Contribute to and maintain a standardized design system in Figma
• Ensure visual consistency and scalability across all platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff

Research & Validation

• Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Present UX concepts and flows to internal teams and gather feedback
• Analyze existing applications to identify UX issues and recommend improvements

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, libraries, and design systems
• Solid understanding of CSS and responsive web design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
