About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for Paymera's products. The role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces across mobile and web platforms.
• Conduct basic user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to improve design outcomes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups that translate ideas into user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between design and functionality.
• Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user goals.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines.
• Stay up to date on UI/UX best practices, emerging trends, and fintech design standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects (web and mobile).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with payment systems, databases, and web design fundamentals is a plus.
