Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager to lead high-impact client engagements from strategy through execution. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable digital transformation roadmaps. You will own client relationships, lead consulting teams, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
This role combines strategic leadership, client management, and hands-on delivery within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term, trusted relationships.

Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, priorities, and transformation objectives.

Facilitate executive discussions and workshops to align on vision, scope, and success metrics.
Digital Transformation Strategy

Assess clients digital maturity, operating models, and technology landscapes.

Identify gaps, opportunities, and high-value digital use cases.

Design clear, phased digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Program Delivery & Execution

Lead and manage consulting teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Track progress, measure outcomes, and provide structured reporting to clients.
Team Leadership & Capability Building

Mentor and support consultants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Innovation & Thought Leadership

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and digital trends.

Contribute to service development, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and client impact.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting, management consulting, or a similar role.

Proven experience leading complex transformation programs and client engagements.

Strong project and engagement management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
