Your Role / Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing robust, context-specific IT security policies, frameworks, and data governance models.
• Managing the full lifecycle of employee accounts and access privileges, ensuring secure onboarding, role-based configuration, and structured offboarding/revocation upon departure.
• Conducting post-departure security audits to verify the complete deactivation of former employee accounts, deletion of access tokens, and security of organizational data.
• Securing and monitoring data pipelines, software integration points, and platform/data migrations to ensure comprehensive data integrity and confidentiality.
• Supervising identity and access management (IAM) systems and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Developing, updating, and testing incident response plans, backup management systems, and business continuity strategies.
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to enhance automated threat detection, security monitoring, and predictive risk analysis.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity architectures, network security, and data encryption standards (at rest and in transit).
• Data Security & Migration Skills: Proficiency in managing cloud security environments, securing database management systems, and executing secure platform integrations and large-scale data migrations.
• AI & Innovation: Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of integrating AI-driven security technologies and automated detection tools.
• Compliance & Risk: Deep understanding of international data privacy frameworks, threat modeling, and risk mitigation strategies.

Ideal Background:

• Experience with remote management systems and securing decentralized data collection platforms.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
