Job Purpose
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, identify opportunities, and support Devista's business growth. This role focuses on quality engagement, pipeline building, and strategic outreach rather than mass outreach. You will work closely with leadership to shape strategies and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers.
- Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Initiate and develop conversations with potential clients and partners.
- Support outreach campaigns and test new approaches.
- Prepare meeting briefs and support sales discussions.
- Follow up and move opportunities forward through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating new conversations.
- High learning ability with quick understanding of new concepts.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in business and technology.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Previous experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or CRM tools.
- Experience working with B2B clients.
- Interest in software, digital products, or consulting services.
