About the Role:
aiXplain is building infrastructure for sovereign AI—technology that shapes how nations, enterprises, and people experience intelligence. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate this mission into a meaningful social presence. This is not just about scheduling posts; it's about creating content that truly resonates with our audiences across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of aiXplain's social channels: strategy, content, cadence, and community across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
• Monitor the AI and tech news cycle, identifying opportunities to post relevant content at the right time
• Create content that engages both Western tech audiences and Middle East markets, with sensitivity to cultural nuances
• Collaborate with communications, product, and executive teams to turn complex ideas into sharp, accessible content
• Manage content calendars, coordinate assets, and ensure smooth content pipeline for launches, events, and announcements
• Track and analyze social performance, providing honest insights to optimize strategy and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Deep passion for AI and tech, staying current with trends and industry developments
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances between MENA and Western audiences
• Excellent writing skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus
• 4–6 years of social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, AI, or enterprise SaaS
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working across time zones in a distributed team
• Ability to set strategy and execute independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Arabic fluency
• AI/ML literacy
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• Familiarity with GCC markets
• Basic visual/content creation skills
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
