Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across customer engagements and internal initiatives. You will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure clear communication, accurate project tracking, and timely milestone delivery.
Your primary focus will be coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed project plans using MS Project, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans using MS Project.
- Create, update, and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Monitor progress against baselines and highlight variances, risks, or delays.
- Ensure project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained and up to date.
2. Project Management Support
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across technical, product, and customer teams.
- Track action items, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Ensure governance standards and PMO processes are followed.
- Support risk management and mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, management, and customers.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings (kick-offs, weekly updates, steering committees).

Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Provide proactive updates regarding progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, operations, and customer teams.

Identify and manage dependencies between teams.

Escalate issues appropriately when required.

Promote collaboration and transparency across stakeholders.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including:

Project plans

RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Change logs

- Generate accurate reports from MS Project and other project management tools.
- Ensure documentation is organized, version-controlled, and accessible.
6. Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination and reporting workflows.

Contribute to process enhancement and standardization initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Experience in technology, telecom, or software delivery environments preferred.
Must-Have Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Hands-on expertise in MS Project for schedule management and tracking.
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle activities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
Strongly Preferred

PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in telecom, data analytics, AI, or enterprise software projects.
- Familiarity with resource planning and cost tracking within MS Project.
- Experience supporting multi-country or complex enterprise deployments.
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
