About the Role

RightCode is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our team in Damascus. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing, designing, and optimizing digital systems and platforms. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our software products are efficiently structured, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive system requirements from stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation.
• Agile Documentation: Write clear user stories, use cases, workflow specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• System Modeling: Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and data flow models to guide development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Project Management, UI/UX Design, Development, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
• Execution & Testing: Monitor implementation progress and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and structured approach to complex systems.
• Communication & Documentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to craft clear technical documentation.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of the SDLC and hands-on familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Modeling Tools: Proficiency in BPMN, UML, or equivalent system modeling tools and techniques.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
