Job Overview

"We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead and strengthen quality assurance for a sensitive fintech platform. This role focuses on designing and scaling automation frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliable, high-quality releases. You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams, mentor junior QA engineers, and help embed quality best practices across the development lifecycle."

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.

Build and maintain automated regression, integration, and performance test suites.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases.

Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA automation best practices.

Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.

Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on automation.

Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium).

Strong programming/scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java.

Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skill

Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing.

Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
