Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, processing data, analyzing error trends, and performing operational support activities across business-critical systems.

You will support real-time, hourly, daily, and weekly reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, availability, and service reliability, while contributing to application support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Operations

  • Monitor platform components to ensure all operations are running as expected.
  • Run and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
  • Ensure client acknowledgment of data quality and accuracy.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Perform data management activities ensuring data quality and proper ingestion.
  • Analyze error trends and support data integrity processes.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Troubleshoot data and production environment issues using logs and monitoring tools.
  • Respond to operational issues via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve incidents in line with SLAs and operational procedures.

Ticketing & Escalation

  • Handle client requests, issues, and escalations through ticketing systems.
  • Follow incident and problem management processes.
  • Escalate issues to Level 2 support with proper troubleshooting evidence.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering teams for issue resolution and escalations.
  • Ensure smooth handover of complex issues when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or operations role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, databases, and Linux systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 shift-based environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
