Job Purpose:
The Operation Full-Stack role serves as the bridge between code and operational reality. Acting as an "Operations Engineer," the incumbent develops and enhances internal tools using PHP Laravel while managing the operational flow of orders and resolving issues. This role focuses on automating manual processes and ensuring technical system stability to support daily operations efficiently, delivering an optimal user experience aligned with the strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards using PHP Laravel to support field teams.
2. Maintain clear technical and operational communication with developers, support teams, and partners.
3. Debug software issues affecting operational workflows and provide immediate technical solutions.
4. Serve as the primary contact for complex technical-operational crises in the absence of the direct manager.
5. Monitor databases and API data flows to ensure accuracy of order and driver information.
6. Support automation of repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual input and improve efficiency.
7. Communicate new software updates and guide field teams to leverage technical features effectively.
8. Filter and classify operational requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
9. Define operational standards and ensure alignment with current platform capabilities.
10. Conduct field and software testing of new features before deployment to ensure practical applicability.
11. Work within a hybrid team combining software engineering and logistics management to ensure smooth operations.
12. Report system stability and escalate technical risks that could hinder growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Proven practical experience in application development using PHP Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL) and ability to handle complex queries.
• Experience with APIs and system integration.
• Ability to link programming logic with operational business needs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and operational challenges.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for working with technical documentation.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to simplify technical matters for non-technical staff.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional working relationships.
• Proactive planning with flexibility to address urgent development requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet programming sprints and operational deadlines.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and task management platforms (Jira / Trello).
