Job Description:

Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering and supporting applications across their lifecycle, including deployment, proof of concepts (POCs), issue resolution, and ongoing support. This role ensures smooth system operations, timely incident resolution, and effective client engagement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver product deployments, upgrades, and POCs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
  • Manage and maintain support tickets with timely updates
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams
  • Prepare deployment, maintenance, and upgrade plans
  • Maintain technical documentation, reports, and user guides
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support change requests (CRs) with business teams
  • Collaborate with development and other technical teams

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Experience with application servers (e.g., JBoss, WildFly, Tomcat, WebSphere)
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
