Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst to help ensure the ERP system functions correctly before going live. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior team to test, document, and validate system functionality.

This role is perfect for fresh graduates interested in quality assurance and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow test steps and record results accurately

• Report issues clearly to senior team members

• Re-test systems after fixes and updates

• Help prepare test documentation

• Support users during testing cycles and provide guidance

• Collaborate with the project team to improve system quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Basic English communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Basic understanding of systems and processes

• Willingness to learn and develop QA skills
