Job Description:

Job Purpose Summary

To secure business by ensuring order and revenue growth of company products and services from prospective and current accounts by analyzing and meeting customer needs in an effort to meet sales objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

Analyse customers opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop a strong business relationship.

Identify needs and coordinate with presales and product managers to develop quotations and solutions in accordance with customer requirements.

Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating product results and competitive developments and customer requirements.

Customer Relationship:

Communicates progress, develop pipeline, and deliver accurate business metrics and forecasts.

Assist when escalation is needed to ensure customers payments are issued on time. Monitor sales process from data collection through order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor invoicing, delivery, collection, and project completion by coordinating with the relevant teams and client when needed.

Escalate critical problems to management on-time to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Business Development:

Obtain orders from existing customers and establishing new accounts.

Respond to Request for Proposals on time, negotiate and close orders.

Achieve sales quotas by working with the team and focus on customer retention and new business penetration within assigned products and geographic territory.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Contribute to team efforts in sales calls, proposal development, pricing presentations, consultative selling techniques, and order closing strategies, representing the company at exhibitions.

Familiarize yourself with Cisco, BMB or any other vendor’s anticorruption and anti-bribery policy and ensure abiding to it (where applicable).

Internal: Sales colleagues, Technical team, Presales team, Product managers, Marketing team, Accounting team, Logistics team, Admin team, Procurement team

External: Clients and Vendors

Education, skills, And Competencies

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer or CS or equivalent

3 years’ experience in the same field (years of experience with previous employer may be counted less than the years of experience with BMB in the same field)
